Someone put Jellyfin in Minecraft, because why not?

A Reddit user named choke527 has created a mod that allows players to stream their self-hosted Jellyfin server within Minecraft, enabling them to watch movies and TV shows together on large virtual screens. The mod includes customizable television options such as a 3 x 2 Compact Television, 6 x 4 Wall Television, 8 x 4 Ultrawide Monitor, and 16 x 7 Curved Cinema Screen, each with varying audio ranges. GeForce NOW comes to Linux, as Nvidia’s game streaming service exits beta

The prices of graphics cards and RAM have increased significantly, making building new PCs expensive for gamers. Cloud-streaming services like Nvidia's GeForce NOW provide an alternative by allowing access to existing game libraries from platforms such as Steam and Epic Games. The highest tier membership offers 5K streaming and up to 360 FPS for .99 per month. Nvidia's GeForce NOW has launched a native Linux application, moving out of beta, which allows Linux users to stream games at graphical fidelity comparable to RTX 5080 levels, with official support for Ubuntu 24.04 and later.
