Windows 11 can now use AI to respond to your text messages | Digital Trends

Microsoft has introduced a new feature called Suggested Replies in its Phone Link app, which provides AI-driven text suggestions to enhance user communication. This feature is available in Phone Link version 1.24082.137.0 for Windows 11 24H2 and 23H2, and does not require users to be part of the Windows Insider Program. Suggested replies are generated based on recent text messages uploaded to a Microsoft service, but will not appear for lengthy messages, those containing URLs, offensive language, or one-time passwords. Users can opt out of this feature through the app's settings. Microsoft is seeking user feedback to improve the feature, but has not announced a timeline for full rollout.
