RuStore, Russia's leading Android application and game store, has opened to Korean developers. Launched by VK Company Limited in 2022, it has 60 million monthly active users and is installed on over 100 million devices. The platform has over 80,000 registered apps, with half from international developers, and is particularly popular for mobile games from Asia. RuStore provides tools for app development and marketing support. It has signed a memorandum of understanding with Korea's NSPEC to help the shooting game "Worldon" enter the Russian market and enhance global game distribution collaboration.

On September 27, SNK unveiled the Neo Geo Premium Selection at the Tokyo Game Show, introducing modern enhancements to classic titles. The first release under this initiative was Real Bout Fatal Fury 2: The Newcomers. At Evo France, SNK announced the second title, Kizuna Encounter: Super Tag Battle, which is now available on Steam. Kizuna Encounter: Super Tag Battle features a roster of ten characters, allowing players to form teams of two and includes unique tagging mechanics. The game supports rollback netcode, 9-player multiplayer lobbies, tournament and spectator modes, a practice mode with speed selectors and a hitbox viewer, a jukebox for the soundtrack, and achievements. Kizuna Encounter: Super Tag Battle is available for purchase on Steam for .99.
