Sega has announced that Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be released on September 25, 2025. Playable characters include Hatsune Miku, Ichiban Kasuga, and Joker from Persona 5, along with Minecraft characters Steve, Alex, and the Creeper. The game will feature character packs inspired by Sonic Prime and Sonic Unleashed, with Minecraft content in a Season Pass. Pre-orders grant three days of early access starting September 22, 2025.
The game will have several editions:
- Physical Standard Edition: .99 for Nintendo Switch and .99 for other platforms, includes a pre-order bonus of Sonic Unleashed Sonic the Werehog character + vehicle + decal.
- Digital Standard Edition: .99 for Nintendo Switch and .99 for other platforms, includes the same pre-order bonus.
- Digital Deluxe Edition: .99 for all platforms, includes a Season Pass, early access (not for Nintendo Switch), characters from Sonic Prime, and the same pre-order bonus.
- Physical Collector’s Edition: .99 for consoles and 9.99 for PC, includes a Season Pass, pre-order bonus, collector’s box, statue, SteelBook, art book, soundtrack, comic, keychain, trading cards, and car emblem.
The game features a unique racing mechanic with land, air, and sea terrains, and the Travel Rings feature that transports racers to new CrossWorlds. It will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
“The Last of Us Part II Remastered” will be released on PC on April 3, 2025, available on Steam and the Epic Games Store. This marks the first time Windows users can access the game, which previously received over 300 Game of the Year awards on PlayStation. The remastered edition includes enhancements such as improved graphics, performance, and new content, including a roguelike mode called “No Return.” Pre-orders are currently available. The PC version will support customizable graphics settings, ultrawide monitor support, and full DualSense controller features. New playable characters Bill and Marlene will be introduced in the “No Return” mode, alongside a Guitar Free Play mode and restored cut content. The game will require a minimum of an Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300x processor and 16GB RAM.
