Paolo Nicoletti, a developer from Turin, released a demo of his game, The Crazy Hyper-Dungeon Chronicles, on Japanese Steam without a professional Japanese translation. As a result, the game was mistakenly listed as "Kuso Dungeon," which translates to "Shitty Dungeon." This error gained significant attention on Japanese social media, leading to a viral sensation and "Mostly Positive" reviews on Steam. Players appreciated the game's humor and nostalgic charm, with many expressing that it reminded them of classic gaming experiences. Despite the unintended success, Nicoletti has no plans to change the game's title.
