A player on Reddit, de_Tylmarande, theorized that the game's performance may be linked to the amount of downloadable content (DLC) owned by players. They observed that their friend's Steam account, which has a complete collection of DLC, performed significantly better than their own account with less DLC. This player created a mod that allowed the game to bypass checks for DLC, resulting in improved frame rates on an account mimicking full DLC ownership. They have contacted Capcom for further investigation and have gained interest from Digital Foundry. If unresolved, they may release their mod as open source. Potential adjustments in upcoming patch notes could address these performance issues related to DLC.

How to change appearance in Blue Protocol Star Resonance

Players in Blue Protocol Star Resonance can change their character's appearance without starting over by using the Beauty tab in the game. To access it, players log in, press ESC to open the main menu, and select the Beauty button. The menu offers customization options similar to the initial character creation screen, including hairstyles, colors, and skin tones, but does not allow gender changes. And finally… Minecraft goes green

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), in collaboration with WSP and Gleeds, has launched an educational program for primary school students at Portway School in Plaistow, London. The initiative, named “Greening Our Cities,” involves 24 Year 5 students participating in an after-school club that teaches urban sustainability and professional skills through Minecraft Education. Students followed the RIBA Plan of Work to plan and execute their projects, conducting stakeholder interviews and developing mind maps. The program concluded with a competitive showcase at RICS Headquarters on January 20, 2025, where the top three teams received book vouchers. The initiative aims to engage young learners in surveying, project management, and digital innovation while addressing the skills gap in the construction industry.
