Google has released version 1.0.2002.2 of its Quick Share file-sharing application for Windows. This update addresses several issues from the previous version, including:
- Crashes caused by files with non-ASCII characters are resolved.
- User settings are now saved upon closing the app.
- Bluetooth-related crashes have been fixed.
- Quick Share shortcuts are now easily accessible in the Start menu.
- Wi-Fi hotspot functionality issues, including profile deletion and recovery during file transfers, have been addressed.
The update does not include support for Windows on Arm devices, meaning users with Qualcomm Snapdragon chips cannot use Quick Share. The latest version is available for download on the Microsoft Store.
