During the 'On the Trail of the Traitor' quest in The Outer Worlds 2, players need Abbot's Universal Key to unlock a glass cabinet containing a legendary assault rifle called The Oracle. To obtain the key, players must meet Seer Landon Wiley at the conclusion of the quest and then speak with Abbot Josef Newell, who will provide the key regardless of dialogue choices. Once players have the key, they can unlock the cabinet or use alternative methods to access it. The Oracle rifle features the Prediction Optics attachment, operates on Long Rounds, and has a weak spot bonus of +90% for headshots.
