The second issue affects systems with Secure Launch enabled, causing unexpected restarts instead of shutting down or entering hibernation mode, specifically impacting Windows 11 23H2. Microsoft has resolved various bugs and problems on Windows 11 and Windows 10. One issue fixed on Windows 10 was the "Open with" dialogue problem on the taskbar. Users with multi-monitor setups no longer have icons moving between screens. On Windows 11, the rollout of a problematic update has resumed after being paused. The error 0x80245006 update problem has been resolved, and users are encouraged to report any ongoing issues on the Feedback Hub.
