Google has introduced support for the Pixel Buds web app on MacOS and Windows devices, allowing users to access features previously limited to smartphones. The web app enables users to check battery levels, enable or disable Active Noise Cancellation, adjust equalizer settings, manage multipoint connectivity, toggle conversation detection and in-ear detection features, and fine-tune volume balance. Users can also update their earbuds’ firmware without a connected smartphone. Future enhancements will integrate Gemini technology into older-generation Pixel Buds, but currently, Gemini Live integration is exclusive to the Pixel Buds Pro 2.
