Microsoft Releases Windows 11 Version 24H2 Earlier Than Expected
Following the Patch Tuesday updates for Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft surprised many by releasing Windows 11 version 24H2 earlier than anticipated. The update, available under KB5039239, was not supposed to be out until later in the year.
It turns out that Microsoft decided to push the update early as Copilot+ PCs started to arrive, although it was later clarified that x86 systems were also technically compatible.
Additionally, Microsoft released a SafeOS dynamic update for Windows 11 24H2 to improve the Windows recovery environment (WinRE) and enhance device recovery in case of issues.

Dynamic Updates are crucial for ensuring a smooth feature update process for Windows 10 and 11 devices. These updates are not automatically pushed through Windows Update but can be manually downloaded from the Windows Update Catalog website for Arm64 and AMD64 devices.
