Introducing Flyby11
At the heart of this innovation is a PowerShell script known as Fido, which enables Rufus to access official Microsoft Windows retail ISO download links. The developer, Belim, renowned for crafting various third-party customization tools for Windows, has now launched a new application named Flyby11. This tool is designed to facilitate the installation of Windows 11 (24H2) on hardware that typically does not meet the necessary requirements.
Flyby11 employs a method referred to as the Server setup bypass, which effectively skips the stringent checks for hardware compatibility, such as CPU specifications, TPM, and Secure Boot. As articulated by the author:

This application takes advantage of a feature within the Windows 11 setup process that utilizes the Windows Server variant of the installation. Unlike the standard Windows 11 setup, this variant bypasses most hardware compatibility checks, allowing it to function on systems that would otherwise be deemed incompatible.
The initial version of Flyby11 has been released on GitHub, although the developer has yet to provide detailed release notes regarding any changes. Users are encouraged to explore the native method, which the author recommends, as it leverages the Server Setup method for an in-place upgrade to Windows 11.
