As they explore the potential of AI technology to assist in mass-producing 3D-printed animals—a project they’ve been working on in their STEM lab—they encounter various challenges that highlight the importance of responsible AI usage. The experience emphasizes that while AI can be a powerful tool, its outputs may not always align with expectations, necessitating verification against reliable sources.
Although players do not directly interact with generative AI technology within the DLC, they will navigate scenarios that simulate its use, fostering an understanding of responsible engagement with AI. This journey cultivates critical awareness, illustrating that AI can be wielded for both beneficial and detrimental purposes in the broader world beyond the classroom.
CyberSafe AI: Dig Deeper builds upon the foundation laid by the previous CyberSafe DLC series, which is available at no cost on the Minecraft Marketplace and within Minecraft Education.
