The highly anticipated racing title, Forza Horizon 6, has made its way onto torrent sites a surprising nine days ahead of its official launch. This revelation was brought to light by Neowin, citing discussions from various online forums.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the leak may have stemmed from a mishap during the publication of pre-load files. Sources indicate that an unencrypted build of the game, lacking additional anti-piracy measures, was inadvertently uploaded to the server. This oversight has enabled users to disseminate the distribution across platforms known for hosting pirated content.
Notably, the version that has surfaced is the Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition, which includes all the promised additional content. The total size of this distribution is approximately 155 GB.
Official early access for purchasers of the premium edition is set to commence on May 15, while the full release of the game is scheduled for May 19, 2026. Standard edition owners will have to wait until the general launch to begin their racing adventures.
Forza Horizon 6 is an open-world racing game developed by Playground Games. It will be available on PC, as well as Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 in the future. Additionally, subscribers to Game Pass on PC and Xbox will have free access to the game starting May 19.
