Dinosaur Survival Simulator Mesozoic Dawn Released on Android

Evolutionary Gameplay in Mesozoic Dawn

Players of the newly released MMO survival game Mesozoic Dawn by NEXTINDIE will embark on a journey from hatchling to the top of the food chain. The game, now available on Android, offers a unique gameplay experience centered around generational change.

Starting as a humble hatchling or larva, players must navigate the prehistoric world, foraging for food and avoiding large predators as they gradually mature. To unlock new species, players must build nests and have offspring, with each new generation inheriting the best genes from their parents, giving them advantages that increase their chances of survival.

Mesozoic Dawn boasts over 70 prehistoric creatures living on land, in water, and in the air, each adapted to specific climates. Some creatures thrive in warmth and high humidity, while others excel in colder regions. Players must also manage hunger, thirst, stress, and injuries, which can disrupt the functioning of vital organs and even lead to death in severe cases.

The game world is teeming with herds controlled by artificial intelligence, each following unique behavior patterns and embarking on mass migrations during certain seasons. Players can choose to team up for hunting, form clans, or compete for territory, water, and food.

Since its release on PC on June 21, 2026, Mesozoic Dawn has garnered a 73% positive review rate on Steam, with 88 reviews. On Google Play, the game has already been downloaded over 50 thousand times and boasts a user rating of 4.2 stars from 779 reviews. While the iOS version is still in the works, developers have yet to announce an official release date.
