The minds behind Girls Garden, including main scenario plotter Hayato Tashiro and character designer Siino, have teased a new world setting that is distinct from previous Muv-Luv installments. Players will step into the shoes of an amnesiac commander tasked with assembling a mech squad to explore the enigmatic underground realm known as Maze.
True to its title, Girls Garden hints at an all-female cast of mech pilots. The game will feature a Gacha system for character collection, with each pilot assigned rarity grades such as SR and SSR. The mech units, referred to as Maze Guarders, are being crafted by renowned designer Wataru Inata, known for his work on popular titles like Armored Core and Xenoblade Chronicles.
