Today marks an important milestone as we roll out Release Candidate 1 for version 1.21.10, a hotfix designed to address several issues that have emerged following the recent launch of The Copper Age update. This release aims to enhance the overall gaming experience, ensuring that players can enjoy their adventures without interruption. Happy mining!
Fixed bugs in 1.21.10 Release Candidate 1
- MC-211096 – Resolved an issue where entities in cobwebs would clip through pistons.
- MC-278182 – Fixed a glitch that caused items to become trapped inside the piston head when pushed through powder snow or cobwebs.
- MC-301916 – Adjusted the behavior of wind charges when colliding with specific blocks to ensure consistency.
- MC-302321 – Addressed a problem where chunks would fail to load during player teleportation.
- MC-302383 – Corrected an issue preventing maps in item frames from being placed on walls that touch carpeted floors.
- MC-302405 – Fixed a bug with repeating (or chain) command blocks where the /tp [player] command did not consistently teleport players to a designated spot.
- Resolved an issue that caused entities on bubble columns to unexpectedly launch high into the air.
Get the Release Candidate
The Release Candidates are now available for Minecraft: Java Edition. To install this version, simply open the Minecraft Launcher and enable snapshots in the “Installations” tab.
As a reminder, testing versions can potentially corrupt your world, so it is advisable to back up your data and/or run them in a separate folder from your main worlds.
