Upcoming Enhancements
The forthcoming Free Title Update 4 will introduce a suite of optimizations focused on CPU and GPU performance. This update aims to tackle persistent issues such as crashes, low frame rates, and overall gameplay stability, while also addressing CPU, GPU, and RAM usage concerns.
While previous patches have made strides in resolving these issues, it appears that the developers are fully committing to a comprehensive optimization strategy this time. The current roadmap indicates that Free Title Update 4 will feature only one new monster alongside more challenging hunts, suggesting that the team is prioritizing performance enhancements over weapon adjustments or reward system changes.
However, players need not wait until winter for improvements. Capcom has indicated that Monster Hunter Wilds will continue to receive what they describe as “gradual improvements” in the weeks leading up to the major update. Further details regarding these enhancements are expected to be shared in due course.
