Telefónica Partners with Epic Games to Pre-Install Fortnite on Android Devices

Today, phone service provider group Telefónica and Epic Games announced a partnership that will see Fortnite and the Epic Games Store pre-installed on every compatible Android device. The agreement, set to run until 2025, aims to expand the platform and popular battle royale game in Spain, the UK, Germany, and Latin America – regions where Telefónica has a strong market presence.

This collaboration is not limited to promoting Epic Games’ own titles. In the coming year, Telefónica plans to extend this offer to include third-party developments as well.
