North American players are getting the rougher end of this deal. A 4 a.m. PDT unlock on a Tuesday is not exactly prime time, but it does mean the servers should be reasonably settled by the time most people wake up.
What you’re actually downloading on day one
*The Division Resurgence* cannot be preloaded, but you can already “get” it on the App Store or Google Play so it downloads automatically the moment the game goes live. No need to remember to tap download at 4 a.m.
