Online wallet GCash has acknowledged and is actively working to resolve issues encountered by Android phone users with their mobile app. On Wednesday, several netizens reported being unable to use the e-wallet on their Android devices. They were advised to uninstall the app and download the updated version, only to discover that they were unable to reinstall it.
Assuring affected users, GCash stated, “For those who uninstalled the app and are having trouble reinstalling it, don’t worry, we’re on it! We’re just doing a system update to improve your experience.” The company has committed to having the app ready for re-download by noon on Friday, July 12, 2024.
