Samsung has unveiled an update for its Knox Asset Intelligence (KAI) app, now available in version 1.1.19.11. This indispensable tool for enterprise organizations is designed to facilitate the effective monitoring and collection of real-time health and usage data from managed Android devices.

Enhancements in Device Diagnostics

The latest iteration of KAI introduces several enhancements aimed at improving device diagnostics and user experience. Notably, it now includes the capability to diagnose network latency issues associated with IP and DNS servers, empowering administrators to identify and resolve connectivity problems with greater efficiency.

In addition, users can conveniently monitor battery statuses directly from the KAI agent. This update also features an error reporting mechanism; when network or battery-related issues occur, the app can generate and send detailed error reports to administrators, streamlining the troubleshooting process.

New Dashboard Insights

The update further enriches the user experience by introducing new dashboard charts that offer valuable insights into device performance. Administrators can now easily view app and battery issues for the top five groups, enhancing their ability to manage resources effectively. Additionally, the dashboard displays which Knox Service Plugin (KSP) profiles have been applied to devices, along with any KSP policies that may have failed to implement.

Overall, this fresh update of Samsung Knox Asset Intelligence significantly enhances device management capabilities. With its improved diagnostics, robust error reporting, and insightful dashboard features, organizations are better equipped to monitor their devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
