Roskomnadzor Tightens Restrictions on Telegram as Users Report Disruptions

Russian state media regulator Roskomnadzor is imposing restrictions on the messaging app Telegram due to its inability to combat fraud and protect user data. Hitman’s getting cross-progression as IOI limbers up for that co-op mode it announced last year

Hitman: World of Assassination will implement cross-progression on February 3, allowing players to share their in-game progress across platforms. Players will be able to transfer their experience, player level, challenges, location mastery, unlocks and inventory, achievements/trophies, Freelancer mode progression, and campaign story progress. However, game and DLC licenses will not transfer between platforms, requiring players to repurchase titles. The option to import progress from Hitman 2 to Hitman 3 will no longer be available after February 3, 2026, as the carryover process will be closed to enable cross-progression. Additionally, a co-op mode titled "Stone and Knight" will be introduced.
