Die in the Dungeon has released its 1.0 update, marking a significant milestone since its early access debut in 2023. The game features a unique dice-centric combat system where players collect and strategically place dice on a board to perform actions. Different colored dice serve specific functions: red for damage, blue for defense, and green for healing, with additional modifier dice introducing further complexity. The codex has been expanded with detailed enemy information, and a new secret quest offers a chance to uncover the game's true ending. A new 'D8 difficulty' mode challenges players with a degrading dice mechanic. Die in the Dungeon 1.0 is available on Steam with a 35% launch discount until May 15. The development team expresses gratitude for community support and plans to continue updates based on player feedback.

A new update for Terraria, version 1.4.5.7, is set to enhance combat by addressing long-standing challenges such as aggro management, invisible hitboxes, and offscreen attacks. The update will include adjustments to the four core classes and introduce new early-game magic options. New items catering to niche playstyles, like a sapling minion for Summoners and a revamped Daybloom plant, will also be featured. The development of this update is taking longer than previous fixes, and further tweaks may occur in a subsequent update, 1.4.5.8, before the team can finalize 1.4.5 and focus on crossplay features. The tModLoader team is working on porting to 1.4.5, but it will take several months to refine for release. Meanwhile, updates for the existing tModLoader compatible with Terraria 1.4.4 are ongoing.

To obtain a Comet Igniter for Tian Wen in the Arc Raiders game during the Collision Course quest, players must destroy a Comet and deliver the igniter to Tian Wen. Comets are found on various maps, with the Riven Tides map being particularly rich in them, especially along the beach. Comets resemble larger versions of Fireballs or Pops and will roll towards players before detonating. To acquire the Comet Igniter, players need to eliminate the Comet before it explodes, which will cause a loot container to appear. The most effective way to destroy a Comet is by using Seeker Grenades and Snap Blasts, which can be purchased from Apollo daily. Once the Comet is defeated, players can loot the container for the Comet Igniter and return it to Tian Wen.
