Unofficial script lets you install unreleased Windows 11 features without Microsoft Account

Microsoft's Windows Insider Program allows users to preview upcoming features, requiring enrollment via a Microsoft account. OfflineInsiderEnroll is a third-party tool that enables access to Insider builds without a Microsoft account by configuring Insider settings locally. It uses a Registry value called TestFlags to prevent communication with Microsoft's enrollment services, allowing users to switch between preview channels. The latest version, 2.6.6, supports new Insider channels and retains functionalities for managing Insider settings. Elevated privileges are required to run the script, which can be downloaded from its official GitHub repository.

Microsoft Issues New Windows Insider Program Builds

Microsoft has released pre-release builds of Windows 11 for participants in the Beta, Experimental, and Experimental Beta channels of the Windows Insider Program. The rollout of new Windows Insider Program changes is expanding, with a transition for Insiders in the Canary 29500 Series Channel and Beta Channel expected in the coming weeks. The latest builds include two enhancements: 1. Touchpad Improvements (in Experimental): New gesture options for precision touchpads, including adjustable scroll and zoom speeds, automatic scrolling, accelerated scrolling, and single-finger scrolling. 2. Free Upgrade Path to Windows 11 Pro Education for K-12 (in Experimental Beta): Windows Insiders in K-12 education can upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro Education at no additional cost, allowing schools to purchase PCs with Windows 11 Home and upgrade them for centralized management.

Microsoft says we “can assume” there will be no new Windows Insider builds this week

Microsoft released new Windows Insider Program builds for Windows 11 in the Canary and Beta channels, as well as a new Windows Server Insider build. Members of the Dev channel did not receive a new build, and some exciting features introduced to them were abruptly halted on June 30. Senior Program Manager Brandon LeBlanc indicated that there would likely be no new flights for the week ending on July 5. Patch Tuesday on July 9 will bring official updates containing security patches and PC enhancements for Windows 10 and 11 users.
