In a tragic turn of events, Karl Lundström, the Swedish entrepreneur and co-founder of the renowned torrent tracker The Pirate Bay, has lost his life in an aviation accident in Slovenia, as reported by Agence France-Presse (AFP).

Authorities have confirmed that Lundström was piloting a private Mooney M20 aircraft, which took off from Zagreb, Croatia, en route to Zurich, Switzerland. Unfortunately, the plane crashed in the mountainous terrain of northern Slovenia. Due to adverse weather conditions, rescue teams were only able to recover his body the following day.
