Disney has officially announced the release date for the digital version of the blockbuster film, Captain America: Brave New World. The highly anticipated title will be available on streaming platforms starting April 15, just two months after its theatrical debut.
At the same time, it is expected that high-quality torrents of the film will begin circulating online.
Plot Overview
The new President of the United States, Thaddeus Ross, decides to appoint Captain America to an official position. However, their past disagreements lead Sam to question whether this is a wise decision. That very evening, an assassination attempt is made on the President, and Wilson is convinced that a traitor lurks within Ross’s inner circle.
The film stars Anthony Mackie as the new Captain America and Harrison Ford as the Red Hulk. The cast also features notable performances by Giancarlo Esposito, Shira Haas, and Sebastian Stan.
Despite the excitement surrounding its release, Captain America: Brave New World has received relatively low ratings compared to other entries in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Currently, it holds a score of 42 out of 100 on Metacritic and 48% on Rotten Tomatoes.
