Currently residing in Florida, USA, Torrente has trained in various locations including Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Throughout his career, he has raced in diverse aquatic environments across the Caribbean, Australia, China, and Europe. He remarked, “Each waterway is unique, and we, as pilots, hold a deep respect for the water. It allows us to pursue our passion and live the life we have chosen.” His experience in Kyrgyzstan has been nothing short of enlightening.
Upon his arrival, Torrente was taken aback by the breathtaking landscapes. “This is an incredibly beautiful place,” he noted, emphasizing that the event serves as a remarkable opportunity to showcase Kyrgyzstan to an international audience. He stated, “It is a great honor for us to compete here. The televised broadcasts of the races will reach viewers in 80 to 90 countries, allowing us to highlight the beauty and tourism potential of Kyrgyzstan to millions.”
