Traveling soon? Globe is enhancing the journey for its customers with the introduction of the Advanced Booking feature on the GlobeOne app, designed to streamline the process of subscribing to roaming services.

Seamless Connectivity for Travelers

This innovative feature allows travelers to secure their preferred data roaming promotions up to a year in advance, alleviating the stress of last-minute arrangements. Whether you’re a seasoned globetrotter or planning your first international trip, this enhancement ensures that connectivity is one less thing to worry about.

Both prepaid and postpaid Globe subscribers can easily register or book their desired roaming promo through the GlobeOne app. For those using prepaid Globe and TM services, roaming promos are also accessible via GCash, providing flexibility and convenience.

Upon arriving at your destination, activating your data pack is as simple as switching on your mobile data and data roaming. The service will automatically kick in, allowing you to stay connected without any hassle.

In the event that travel plans change, canceling a booked promo is straightforward. If the Advanced Booking roaming promo has not yet been activated, Globe postpaid customers will incur no charges. Prepaid customers will benefit from a refund, ensuring that they are not left out of pocket.

In addition to this new feature, Globe’s GoRoam promo has expanded its coverage to include popular destinations such as Japan, Canada, Australia, and Vietnam, making it easier than ever to stay connected while exploring the globe.

For families or groups traveling together, the Roam Surf4All option offers a unique solution for shareable data roaming. This feature eliminates the need for additional devices, allowing subscribers to add or remove members, set data limits, and monitor usage—all through the GlobeOne app. This makes it a practical choice for those traveling with loved ones, ensuring everyone stays connected without the hassle of managing multiple accounts.
