The screen and specs
The iQOO Pad6 Pro boasts a 13.2-inch LCD panel running at 3840 × 2160 with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision support. To enhance gaming experience, the touch sampling rate has been pushed to 540Hz, ensuring minimal input lag. The tablet can achieve 144 fps in 4K in optimised titles and run open-world games at 2.7K resolution at 120 fps.
To prevent overheating, iQOO has integrated a 71,446 mm² vapour-chamber cooling system, the largest ever built into an iQOO device. The Pad6 Pro offers up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Audio is handled by an eight-speaker array, while the camera setup includes a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The tablet is encased in a metal chassis and is available in grey, silver, and mint colors.
China only — for now
The iQOO Pad6 Pro was released in China on May 20, 2026, with prices starting at approximately 0 for the 8GB/256GB model and going up to around 5 for the 16GB/512GB variant. Interestingly, the Pad6 Pro is essentially a rebranded version of the Vivo Pad6 Pro, which was launched in China earlier this year with identical specifications.
As of now, there is no confirmation on whether the Pad6 Pro will be available internationally. Vivo, the parent company of iQOO, withdrew from Western markets in 2023, and there have been no announcements regarding global availability. Without any UK retailer or US carrier partnerships in place, potential buyers outside of China may have to resort to importing the tablet without local warranty or official support.
For consumers in the US or UK, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and the iPad Pro 13-inch remain viable premium alternatives with full local availability and comprehensive after-sales support.
