Disco Elysium Coming to Android with Full Voice Acting and Mobile-First Gameplay

Disco Elysium, the critically acclaimed RPG, is set to launch on Android on August 5. The game will include full voice acting, a feature introduced in The Final Cut version released last year. While the voice acting will be available only in English, the text has been translated into multiple languages, with more translations expected in the fall.

The mobile port of Disco Elysium has been redesigned to fit the vertical format of smartphones, allowing for shorter gameplay sessions. This adjustment aims to make the game more accessible to mobile players, enabling them to engage with the captivating story, art, and audio in quick bursts.

Disco Elysium is one of the most unique and immersive RPGs of all time.

For those unfamiliar with the game, Disco Elysium follows the story of a detective suffering from drug-induced amnesia as he attempts to solve a murder mystery with the help of a partner. The game offers players eccentric dialogue options and tabletop-style dice rolls, creating a truly immersive experience.

The first two chapters of Disco Elysium will be available for free on Android, with the full game priced at .99. Players can pre-register for the game on the Google Play Store to ensure they can access it on the day of release.
