The Xbox PC app now gives you access to all your Windows games — launch titles from Steam, Epic Games and more

The latest update to the Xbox app for PC introduces a seamless way to manage your gaming library, now showcasing all installed games on Windows 11. With this enhancement, users can easily access titles from various platforms, including Steam, Battle.net, and others, all consolidated into a single, user-friendly interface.

Streamlined Access to Your Gaming Collection

Jason Beaumont, Vice President of Experiences at Xbox, highlights the significance of this feature in a recent blog post. He states, “Bring your game collection together with the new aggregated gaming library that shows your installed games from multiple PC storefronts, including your Xbox library, Xbox Game Pass, Battle.net and other leading PC storefronts, making it easier than ever to access your games in one place, whether you’re on a Windows PC or handheld device.”

Upon installing the update, games acquired from supported storefronts will automatically populate the “My Library” and “Most Recent” tabs within the Xbox app. To customize your library view, users can navigate to their profile picture, select Settings, and then Library & Extensions. Here, they can toggle the visibility of different storefronts, allowing for a tailored gaming experience.

Additionally, players can look forward to the ‘Jump back in’ feature, which will be available on the Home screen of consoles, PCs, or handheld devices. This functionality enables gamers to easily revisit their recent play history and continue where they left off, enhancing the overall gaming experience.

This update is now accessible to all Windows 11 users, encouraging everyone to refresh their Xbox app and explore the new features it offers.
