AYANEO Unveils Premium Handheld: The Pocket Micro Classic

AYANEO has once again captured the attention of retro gaming enthusiasts with the announcement of its latest device, the Pocket Micro Classic. A revision of the popular Pocket Micro, this new handheld boasts a design reminiscent of the iconic Game Boy Micro, but with a few key differences.

Unlike its predecessor, the Pocket Micro Classic does away with joysticks, focusing instead on delivering a premium gaming experience for fans of classic retro games. With a 3.5-inch 3:2 IPS display and a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset paired with 6 or 8GB of RAM, the device is capable of upscaling GBA games to perfection. It even has enough power to emulate some PS2 games, ensuring smooth performance for a wide range of titles.

Not only does the Pocket Micro Classic excel in terms of performance, but it also boasts a premium build quality. Featuring a chamfered aluminum alloy frame and a borderless glass panel, the device exudes elegance and sophistication. Available in three color options – Magic Black, Retro Gray, and Retro Gold – the Pocket Micro Classic offers something for every retro gaming enthusiast.

Priced starting at 9 for the base model and going up to 9 for the top-tier version, the Pocket Micro Classic is set to ship in mid-April. Pre-orders are currently open on the official AYANEO website, giving fans the opportunity to secure their own piece of retro gaming nostalgia.
