Unity hires Jarrod Yahes as its new CFO

Engine giant Unity has made a significant addition to its leadership team with the appointment of Jarrod Yahes as the new chief financial officer and senior vice president. Yahes brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at stock photography company Shutterstock, as well as his tenure at marketing tech firm Zeta Global. His arrival follows the departure of Luis Visoso, who left Unity in August.

Leadership Vision

Unity’s CEO and president, Matt Bromberg, expressed enthusiasm about Yahes joining the company, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Jarrod to Unity. His blend of operational rigour and growth orientation will be instrumental for Unity’s next stage.” Bromberg emphasized that the leadership team is now well-positioned to enhance operational discipline, accelerate product innovation, and foster deeper relationships with both customers and the broader community.

In his own words, Yahes conveyed his excitement about the opportunity, saying, “Unity has established itself as the only global platform that supports developers across the entire lifecycle of making, marketing, and monetising games and interactive experiences. I’m so excited to join Matt and the team to support Unity’s mission. Unity is a special company with a unique place in the ecosystem.”
