New Call of Duty games will be added to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass during the following holiday season (about a year later), while existing Call of Duty titles already in the library will continue to be available.
This pricing strategy follows the new CEO’s acknowledgment that the Game Pass had begun to feel burdensome for many players. The response from the gaming community regarding these lower prices will be particularly intriguing, especially among those who frequently engage with the latest Call of Duty releases through their subscriptions. Nevertheless, the core offerings of the Game Pass remain unchanged, ensuring continued access to Xbox Cloud Gaming across the Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential tiers, just as before.
