The AI can now assist in logging the locations of items that lack tracker tags. Simply inform Gemini of where you placed an item and, if desired, attach a photo for reference. This information will be stored in Find Hub, a tool previously utilized for tracking phones, earbuds, and other tagged devices. Users can easily retrieve this data by asking Gemini or by checking Find Hub directly when they misplace something.

Another noteworthy addition is the Guided Vision feature within Gemini Live, designed to enhance accessibility for users. This innovative tool can assist in locating objects within the camera’s view or extracting information that may be difficult to discern, such as text on a menu in low-light environments. By interpreting the camera feed, Gemini can guide users in finding items and even provide distance measurements to help them navigate their surroundings.

Guided Vision will be accessible through system Accessibility shortcuts and can also be activated via the TalkBack menu, ensuring that it is compatible with a wide range of Android devices, starting from Android 9 Pie onward.
