Minecraft Live unveils new dimension, Dungeons II release date and a real-world theme park

Mojang Studios hosted its annual Minecraft Live event on September 26, announcing several significant updates and projects. The highlight was the introduction of The Sift, a new dimension set to launch next year for both Java and Bedrock editions, marking the first new dimension in over 14 years. Additionally, Minecraft Dungeons II is scheduled for release on September 29, featuring enhanced character customization and cooperative multiplayer options, allowing players to explore The Sift before its full integration into the main game. Mojang also provided an update on Minecraft World, a UK-based amusement park set to open in 2027 at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, which will include a coaster named Escape the Nether and a themed hotel. The studio announced a new initiative to foster creativity within the community, with ongoing improvements to tools for creators. Upcoming game updates include a new biome called Frozen Caves, the Wilderness Bound community challenge, and new Sound Effects Packs launching on the Minecraft Marketplace before the end of 2026. Minecraft is also set to launch on the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 27, and the Minecraft: Education Edition is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.

Fields of Mistria 1.0 changes: What’s new in the full release version?

Sora, Donald, and Goofy return in Kingdom Hearts 4, set in the city of Quadratum, with a release planned for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. Kingdom Hearts Collection [I ~ III] will be released on October 8, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2. Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen will launch on October 9, 2026, introducing a new region and challenges. Final Fantasy Resonance, featuring an HD-2D art style, is set for release on October 22, 2026. Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World will be available on December 3, 2026. Jujutsu Kaisen Rumble: Survivaton is expected in 2026, while Atelier Karia: The Kingdom of Night and the Signpost of Reminiscence is slated for early 2027. Subnautica 2 Angel Comb locations

In the early access version of Subnautica 2, players can find four Angel Combs. The first Angel Comb is obtained during the tutorial and allows players to breathe pressurized air. The locations of the remaining three Angel Combs are as follows: 1. Digestion Adaptation: 130 meters from the Lifepod, heading 30 degrees. 2. Heat Tolerance: 205 meters from the Lifepod, heading 300 degrees. 3. Axum Vision: 1,769 meters from the Lifepod, due East. To access the latter Angel Combs, players must clear the bloom from each root, following the purple tendrils and using a Resonator to eliminate glowing polyps. The Axum Vision Angel Comb requires an upgrade, necessitating the collection of Conduit Crystals. Establishing a base near the alien observatory is recommended for easier navigation.

How to get Conduit Crystal in Subnautica 2

Conduit Crystals are essential for enhancing tools with the Feedback Resonator or Bioscanner upgrade in Subnautica 2. Players need five crystals for crafting, and they can be found primarily beneath the Alien Power Plant and on ledges near alien structures. Each crystal node resembles coral and requires the Sonic Resonator for harvesting. An additional crystal is located below the first, within the crater of the Angel Comb. Heading northeast from the Angel Comb and following the purple tube down the ravine leads to two more crystals on the right, near luminescent green pools. Players can also scan the Feedback Resonator at this location.
