LINE Games to Unveil New Titles in Upcoming Online Showcase
On the 8th of this month, LINE Games, led by co-CEOs Cho Dong-hyun and Bae Young-jin, announced an exciting online showcase titled ‘LINE Games Beyond,’ scheduled for the 14th. This event promises to be a significant moment for the company as it reveals details about its upcoming game titles. The showcase will be streamed live at 6:00 PM on the official LINE Games YouTube channel.
The event will focus on two pivotal themes: content scalability and platform diversification. In a strategic move to broaden its horizons beyond mobile gaming, LINE Games is set to expand its offerings to include PC and console titles. This shift aims to enhance the company’s presence in the global market while illustrating its new vision and growth strategies.
During the showcase, five new titles will take center stage, each offering a unique gaming experience. Highlights include:
- Ember and Blade: A captivating blend of the survivor genre and hack-and-slash action.
- QUIET: A cooperative comedy-horror game that promises to deliver thrills and laughter.
- CODE EXIT: An intriguing science fiction horror game set against the backdrop of a futuristic city.
In addition to these standout titles, a casual gaming lineup will also be introduced. The showcase will feature:
- Come to my party!: A black comedy visual novel that evokes the nostalgia of 90s school life.
- Hamster Talk: An idle game that emphasizes playful interaction with adorable hamsters.
A representative from LINE Games expressed enthusiasm about the showcase, describing it as a valuable opportunity to unveil the new titles the company has been developing. The representative also indicated that the event will provide insights into the company’s future direction alongside the title introductions.
In addition to the online showcase, LINE Games will participate in the ‘2026 PlayX4’ event, taking place at KINTEX in Ilsan from the 21st to the 24th. Attendees can look forward to demo booths featuring four of the PC titles revealed during the showcase: ‘Ember and Blade,’ ‘CODE EXIT,’ ‘QUIET,’ and ‘Come to my party.’
