In a bid to facilitate seamless transitions between devices, the latest update introduces enhancements to the cross-device resume feature. Users can now effortlessly pick up where they left off on their PC after browsing on their phone. If the originating browser from the phone is not installed on the PC, the new Resume hovercard presents two convenient options: either open the webpage in the PC’s default browser or install the phone’s browser for a more integrated experience. This innovation allows for immediate continuation of tasks without the need for prior app installations.

The Narrator feature receives a significant upgrade with the addition of math reading and navigation support. This enhancement aims to provide a clearer and more intuitive experience for users who are blind or have low vision, particularly in STEM fields. The Magnifier tool has also seen significant improvements, particularly in its ability to manage multiple displays. Each screen can now maintain its own zoom level, allowing for a more tailored viewing experience. Previously, zooming in affected all displays uniformly, which could lead to discomfort when working across different screen resolutions. With this update, users can set their writing screen to 300% while keeping their reference screen at 150%, ensuring clarity and comfort.
