In the competitive landscape of video games, Crimson Desert Enhanced has made a notable mark, securing the second position in cumulative sales in the 2026 U.S. video game rankings, as reported by market research firm Circana. Furthermore, it has achieved the top spot in Steam revenue among new intellectual properties launched this year, according to insights from global market intelligence firm Alinea Analytics.
The Golden Joystick Awards, a celebrated global gaming ceremony that has been honoring excellence in the industry since 1983, is now in its 44th edition. A distinguished panel of judges, comprising representatives from gaming media and industry experts, selects nominees for each category. Following this, gamers and the public worldwide are invited to participate in online voting.

The PC Game of the Year category recognizes titles that exemplify exceptional gameplay on PC, with a particular focus on performance optimization.
