You can now collect cats from the real world
Nftstory has announced the launch of its real-life casual title, Cat Collector: Catch Real Cats, now available on both Android and iOS. Taking inspiration from the collection-based fun of Pokémon GO, the game gives cat lovers a new way to collect the furry friends they encounter in everyday life.
So, the idea behind Cat Collector: Catch Real Cats is simple but pretty fun. Whenever you spot a cat, you can snap a picture and turn it into a collectible card featuring its photo, name, and discovery location. You can start with your own pet and gradually add more cats you meet outside a bakery, around a parking lot, or during your morning walk.
Each new catch becomes part of your collection, while the Cat Map marks where you encountered each feline friend, turning it into a record of your everyday cat-spotting adventures. There is a feed of funny cat pictures shared by players worldwide, where you vote for your favorites, follow other collectors, and discover new cats.
If you enjoy a little competition, the daily Top Cat challenge puts six cats through five quick rounds to decide the winner. You can also claim a free gem every day and share your favorite discoveries using cat-themed iMessage stickers. One thing that makes the game stand out is its focus on real cats, with no AI-generated cats included in the collection. The game checks photos for real cats directly on your device, and every successful catch can become a new collectible.
You can also personalize your profile, give your cats names, and share your discoveries with friends. Privacy is also a key focus, with exact cat locations visible only to you and other collectors seeing just the neighborhood. With no DMs or spam, Cat Collector offers a fun, simple way to collect and share real cats.
Cat Collector: Catch Real Cats is now available on both Android and iOS. So, you can download it via the Google Play Store or App Store.
