Parasight, the innovative developer behind the Blacktail franchise, has unveiled an exciting new project: Davy x Jones, a first-person action-adventure game that invites players to step into the shoes of the notorious pirate Davy Jones. In a unique twist, players will navigate the treacherous waters of revenge without a head, wielding their own severed skull as both a weapon and a companion.
Gameplay Features
In Davy x Jones, players will embark on a quest for vengeance against the infamous Blackbeard, who has betrayed and robbed them. Upon awakening in a surreal pirate hell, players will utilize a variety of weapons, including swords and guns, complemented by a sharp wit that adds a humorous edge to the gameplay.
The game promises an adventurous journey across nine islands, each floating on an endless sea of clouds. Players will have the opportunity to loot treasure while piloting Abby, a unique vessel that is part ship and part whale. Abby serves multiple purposes: as a base of operations, an artillery platform, and a loyal ally in battle. Players can expect to unleash devastating cannon fire upon their foes, adding an exhilarating layer of strategy to the gameplay.
