Exciting News for Gamers: Inazuma Eleven: Cross Game Launching Soon
Level 5 and Aiming recently announced during the “LEVEL5 VISION 2026 Craftsmanship” stream that the highly anticipated Inazuma Eleven: Cross game will be launching for iOS and Android in June. Pre-registration is now open for eager fans.
A closed beta test for the game took place in Japan starting on January 29 and has since ended. The development team is currently making final adjustments based on valuable player feedback received during the beta test.
Inazuma Eleven: Cross will be a free-to-play game with in-app purchases available. Players can look forward to a new protagonist named Yō Shiosawa and an original storyline. In this simulation game, players will act as coaches and develop teams rather than controlling individual characters.
It’s worth noting that characters from Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will not transfer to Inazuma Eleven: Cross. However, fans can expect these characters to make an appearance in a future sequel game.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road was initially released on November 13 (November 14 in Japan) for various gaming platforms such as Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam after facing several delays. The game was originally set to launch in 2018 under the title Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin before undergoing name changes and delays.
Excitingly, a new remake of the first Inazuma Eleven game titled Inazuma Eleven RE is also in the works and scheduled for release in 2026 for Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
