Krafton’s life simulation game, Inzoi, made its debut in early access this March, quickly garnering attention with impressive initial sales. In a surprising turn of events, director and producer Hyungjun ‘Kjun’ Kim has revealed that the development team is actively working on integrating multiplayer functionality into Inzoi. This announcement comes on the heels of a notable visit from South Korean President Lee Jae Myung, who expressed a keen interest in the game during his time at the studio. According to Kim, the president went directly to the Inzoi team, offering insights and suggestions that ultimately sparked the idea for multiplayer features.
While specifics regarding the multiplayer implementation remain under wraps, Kim acknowledged that the president’s enthusiasm played a significant role in the decision-making process. “We never officially announced it, but I think because of that day and probably this podcast, the news has started to leak out a bit,” Kim stated. “Inzoi is indeed developing a multiplayer aspect to the game.”
