Users can easily create these customized backgrounds by tapping the effect icon in the video calling sidebar and selecting ‘backplay’. This feature not only adds a personal touch but also transforms the visual experience of video calls.
In addition to aesthetic enhancements, Meta has also prioritized call quality. The introduction of HD video calls ensures that users can enjoy clearer and more vibrant visuals during their conversations. By default, HD calls will be enabled for video calls made over WiFi, providing a seamless experience for users. Furthermore, the app now includes background noise dampers and voice isolation features, which can be activated through the call settings.
