This innovative assistant was first introduced alongside the Google Pixel 9 series and is designed to enhance user interaction with a faster, more intuitive experience. With its conversational style, Gemini Live is set to redefine how users engage with AI technology.

Currently, the app is available for download in the US English version, with options to select various accents, including the charming British “Capella.” This is an opportune moment for users to explore the enhanced capabilities of Google’s AI assistant.

  2. Open the Gemini app.

Our own Richard Priday recently had the opportunity to test Gemini Live over a 24-hour period and shared positive feedback on the feature. While some issues were noted with the Gemini Advanced model providing outdated or inaccurate advice, Gemini Live demonstrated a remarkable ability to maintain ongoing conversations, surpassing the performance of traditional text-based assistants.

The free rollout of Gemini Live to Android users is a promising development, and for an optimal experience, users are encouraged to utilize one of the top-tier Android devices. We invite you to share your thoughts on Gemini Live after you’ve had a chance to experience its capabilities.
