Once there, a new magnifying glass icon beckons, leading to Gemini’s “Search History” page, complete with a central search bar.

Earlier this year, Google launched an update for Gemini Advanced that allows the AI to remember user-specific information, such as dietary preferences, language choices, and professional backgrounds. This feature is designed to enhance convenience, ensuring that users do not need to repeatedly provide the same details. Importantly, participation in this memory function is optional; users can choose not to have Gemini retain any personal information.
