Subnautica Mobile Launching on iOS and Android
Subnautica, the popular open-world underwater adventure game set on alien planet 4546B, is set to make its official debut on iOS and Android on July 8, 2025. Originally introduced in early access on PC back in 2014, the game has garnered a dedicated following and was fully released in 2018. It later made its way to various consoles, including the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Developed by Unknown Worlds Entertainment, the mobile version of Subnautica will be published by Playdigious, a company known for its successful mobile ports of games like Dead Cells, Northgard, and The Almost Gone. Players can expect the mobile version to offer all the content available in the PC version, with no alterations to the game’s core structure or storyline. The game will feature popular modes such as Survival, Creative, and Freedom, with a redesigned user interface optimized for mobile screens.
Subnautica will be priced at ₹899 on the iOS App Store, while the Google Play Store listing is already live for pre-registration, although the official price has yet to be announced.
