Exciting Updates in the DS Emulation Space

As discovered by Retro Handhelds, there have been recent developments in the DS emulation arena. MelonDualDS has received a significant update, along with a new, lighter version designed for Android handhelds and retro consoles with limited performance.
melonDualDS, initially released in June last year, is a Nintendo DS and DSi emulator for Android, based on melonDS and the melonDS Android port by rafaelvcaetano. Developed by Sapphire Rhodonite, the emulator was recently upgraded to version 0.7.0, bringing about major changes for enthusiasts of DS emulation.
One notable change is the rebranding of the emulator to WatermelonDS, accompanied by a revamped user interface that promises improved presentation of ROM lists and RetroAchievements.
Moreover, Sapphire Rhodonite has integrated RetroArch shader presets across all renderers and introduced an experimental Vulkan FastPath to enhance the rendering experience.
On the other hand, the lighter alternative, Seedless, is built around the DraStic r2.6.0.4a core, featuring a new Android frontend, a fresh UI, RetroAchievements integration, and dual-screen functionality tailored for modern Android handhelds.
