CHARTS: Farming Simulator 25 ploughs to No.2 on Steam

The latest installment in the Giants Software Farming Simulator franchise has made a significant impact, emerging as the second highest-grossing title on Steam last week. Launched on November 12th, this new entry has quickly captured the attention of gamers, with pre-orders achieving a commendable No. 10 ranking during the same period.

Steam Rankings Overview

In a competitive landscape, Counter-Strike 2 reclaimed the top position after a brief hiatus, while PUBG: Battlegrounds, which held the No. 1 spot last week, slipped to third place. Meanwhile, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 experienced a decline, moving from No. 3 to fourth as it nears a month on the market. Interestingly, the broader Call of Duty platform saw a remarkable rise, jumping from No. 91 to seventh.

Valve’s Steam Deck hardware maintained its strong performance, outpacing pre-orders for GSC Game World’s upcoming title, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which climbed from sixth to No. 16 in the rankings. This highly anticipated game is set to launch tomorrow, November 20th.

EA Sports FC 25 also gained traction, moving up three places to secure the No. 8 position, surpassing the newly released Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake from Square Enix. Rounding out the Steam Top Ten is Amazon and NCSoft’s MMO, Throne and Liberty.
